Hello, this is a Precision Tower 7910 workstation. I am experiencing an error message during bootup and the computer shuts down even when in use. I would like to inquire about a solution. Do I need to replace the motherboard? If there is a better solution, I would appreciate your input.

Maybe not, you don't have to replace the motherboard. Because the error indicates memory issues. You would want to run diagnostics (F5) for memory test and replace faulty memory module(s).
Replace the coin cell battery with a new one while you are working in the system.
